We support smart growth that aligns with the City of Tavares 2040 Comprehensive Plan and oppose any Planned Development, which proposes high-density housing inconsistent with surrounding custom home neighborhoods and the existing Rural Connector designation of Shirley Shores Road.

Goal: $70,000 or more to fund environmental, traffic, and legal experts.
Contributions directly support attorneys experienced in Florida land-use, comprehensive plan, and annexation law.
